

Himilo Microfinance Institution was born out of a desire to improve both the quality and accessibility of financial services available to poor and unbanked Somalis.
Himilo MFI is a microfinance institution that provides a Sharia compliant products and services. It is established to offer much-needed financial services to economically active poor and low-income households, small scale entrepreneurs especially women, youth, and nascent businesses, who would otherwise not have access to such services.
Enabling livestock traders especially women and youth in livestock business
for meat, butcheries and dairy products. Finance can be used for expansion,
working capital, financing livestock re-sellers such as goat, sheep, cow,
camel and equipment i.e., Aluminum Milk Cans.
